DC’s Doom Patrol series has landed a season 4 renewal on the HBO Max streaming service.

Doom Patrol follows the unlikely heroes of the eponymous team who all received their powers through tragic circumstances and are generally shunned by society. Most members of the team were treated by the Chief, a medical doctor who gave them residence in his mansion to help protect them from the outside world.

Doom Patrol is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, with Jeremy Carver, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Chris Dingess, and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers. The series is based on characters created for DC by Arnold Drake, Bob Haney, and Bruno Premiani.

It was revealed back in September of 2020, that Doom Patrol had been renewed for a third season. Filming for the third season began on January 4, 2021. Filming wrapped on June 6, 2021.

New episodes of Doom Patrol season 3 are currently being released on HBO Max, with the first two seasons of the series being available to be watched on the platform right now.
