‘Invincible’ Animated Series Renewed For Seasons 2 & 3 at Amazon

Amazon’s animated series “Invincible” has been renewed for two more seasons. This announcement was made hours before the season 1 finale premieres.

Invincible is an adult animated superhero television series, based on the comic book character of the same name by Robert Kirkman, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video on March 25, 2021.

The announcement was made through a tweet by executive producer Robert Kirkman. You can view the tweet below:

Mark Grayson is a normal teenager, except for the fact that his father, Nolan, is the most powerful superhero on the planet. Shortly after his seventeenth birthday, Mark begins to develop powers of his own and enters into his father’s tutelage.

I’m extremely thankful to Amazon for the support and dedication they’ve put behind Invincible. The comic book is truly a love letter to a genre that Cory (Walker) and I grew up reading and loving, and it’s been a gratifying journey to watch our characters come to life again through the animated series. We’re beyond excited to continue this story for at least two more seasons.
